Green Coffee
Well this is how we started our day today with our green juice. We found another use of our coffee mugs…now we drink Green Coffee! This particular green juice contained: celery, apple, romaine, and cucumber… an easy drink to digest early in the morning. Full of water to help hydrate us for the day ahead.
The key sometimes for us that we notice when we pour our green juices and/or smoothies in a fun glass it makes a world of a difference. Your eyes help play a role when you are trying to eat better…so why not have some fun. Give it a try next time you make yourself a green juice…pour it in a coffee cup or a martini glass.

Today was one of those days when you just crave chocolate…so we decided to have chocolate for dinner….why not? Everyone has heard that chocolate is good for you, but it isn’t every chocolate. Raw chocolate which is known as raw cacoa is one of the best forms of chocolate. Raw cacao is one of the best super-foods you can eat according to David Wolfe. Cacao is full of antioxidants, flavanols, polyphenols, and many other essential minerals making it great food for the brain. It is an excellent source of magnesium and fiber…so a great natural laxative and great for weight loss because keeps you full. A little goes a long way…here we made a chocolate smoothie to end our night with a little raw buckwheat on top for crunch.

Just some reasons to eat more raw chocolate…not milk chocolate…but raw cocoa!!! The darker the better!!
