We love our Sundays!
We allowed ourselves to sleep…10hrs of sleep. Yikes!
So we had a little bit of a slow moving morning.
Breakfast:
Apples and Figs
Green Coffee
Then we decided the meal just was not complete so we drizzled yacon syrup over our fruit dish.
Perfect
We both got full after eating this breakfast, but it was part of our pre-workout meal too ; )
Today’s Workout
2 hour walk outside (sun and hills naturally included)
Post workout meal : JUICE
celery, romaine, apples, beet, carrots, cilantro

Later on had another simple shake: vega protein powder, water, stevia, and vanilla….so good!!

Then dinner was a salad…we realized salads might be our treat for the weekends!!

Salad was kale, romaine lettuce, black radish, nutritional yeast, and avocado. Oh and Dulse flakes got to get those natural electrolytes in!

Dressing we just threw together some of our favorite ingredients: shallots, apple cider vinegar, coconut vinegar, yacon, tahini, and fresh rosemary from our garden.

This was a pretty big salad so we are very full but there is always room for dessert…
Raw chocolate mint cupcakes…not too bad for our 1st time making them.

Not a bad way to end the weekend.
