Great lookin’ sushi for a non-sushi chef :) I have never made sushi and/or raw “sushi” so I have no idea what my result would be :) I wanna try though now!

P.S. Would it be a trade secret to tell what seasonings you guys used on the kale chips that you dehydrated and what time/for how long you dehydrated them?

I just today got an Excalibur!!!!! Woo hoo! Already made a version of Matthew K’s chocolate cookies. Well, they’re “baking”.

Also, do you have an Excalibur at home? Is it loud? I guess I didnt realize how loud the fan was on that bad boy…yikes, gonna need to get used to that.

Thanks and yes you should give sushi a try. Yes my Excalibur fan is a bit noisy, but you learn to get used to it : ) Hope you enjoy your cookies!
