Hello everyone,
Today we are doing feeling much better and focused. Morning was a green smoothie.
Michelle doing work while sipping on her green smoothie. We had to use two cups! Love our smoothies.
Tuesday workout:
We got a nice walk outside today! It was so beautiful outside today especially after having a gloomy rainy day yesterday. We could have walked for hours if we had the time.
45 minute walk outside
15 minutes of jump training/calisthenics
30 minutes of yoga
Overall we felt great. Though Michelle did manage to get something in her eye while we were walking. ( Luckily we were almost home). Today both of us felt alive and focused. We just love days like this. When you feel like you could workout for hours!
Good music helps too and sunshine!
Post-workout juice: large cucumber, 2 red beets, handful of red dandelion leaves, 2 large leaves of swiss chard,2 pears, and ginger.
Red Beauty juice!
The juice was delicious and simple, just the way we like it.
Late lunch was our Raw Tostada! We were excited about this because we made the crust (taco bottom) a few days ago and finally had the time to create something with it. The crust was actually supposed to be our base of a raw pizza but it was a little delicate. Therefore we cut it into circles to make little tostadas out of it!
The crust was flavorful though not over powering. Toppings were our spicy almond sauce with lettuce, avocado, and green onions.

Great lunch! Simple and delicious! And pretty!
Dinner is probably going to be a pudding or a smoothie. Since we are going to be having a late dinner due to having a late lunch. Hey, it happens. We do not like eating much pass 7pm let along 8pm though it happens. When we do have to eat late we like to have our “meal” in a smoothie or pudding form so it is easier on the stomach. Or we sometimes are bad and just eat a bunch of raw desserts, whatever we have laying around. Lately it is has been our newest raw dessert recipe thin mints! YUMMMMMM!
we get stuck with all the broken pieces leftover from our "pretty" circle thin mints for our business. We are not complaining though.
Delicious!
