		<description>OMG That yogurt looks awesome, I am still a virgin when it comes to cracking coconuts and after seeing all Gina&#039;s mishaps from school, I am a little worried...8 coconuts too...wow I think I would half the recipe to start with :)  

I love how easy it is though!  BTW I have yogurt cultures that are dry powder that I ordered from a website called Cultures for Health that I am going to try out.  But you&#039;re cracking the probiotics in there clearly works too :)

And yes, YAY for progress in the kitch!  I had intended for the muffins I posted today to be raw but after the juicy-ness of the banana, I woulda needed 5 c or more of nuts to soak it all up and cheap as I am :) I just said ok, well they are now cooked cupcakes and it&#039;s all good.  Adventurous spirit is so important, isnt&#039; it and you two have it, too of course!</description>
