		<description>Oh, and my Garmin watch is the BEST THING EVER! Especially for running a marathon! It tells your pace, distance, time, calories burned, monitors your heart rate, you name it, it does it! Highly recommended. Amazon has them cheaper than the company website. ;)</description>

		<description>Great post! And congrats on the 11 mile run! That&#039;s great for not running in 3 weeks! And it&#039;s always great to be able to read workouts and foods eaten by RAW athletes! ;) 
I just ran my first marathon on Oct. 11th and ate mostly raw for the whole training. It was difficult at first but I did throw in some cooked veggies, sweet potatoes, LOTS of quinoa, and the occasional fish (and chicken).
But I&#039;ll be keep up with your runs. I was actually looking into running the Walt Disney World Marathon in Jan! Looks like fun! And I am going to have to try some of the Vega products! I have Brendan&#039;s book Thrive and I think it is one of the best books out there for optimal nutrition while training for any sport!
