Uncanny the timing! Rawmazing and MamaWeeds do too. Wow as if I wasnt already craving it after the 1st, I have to make this today :) Thx for saying yours isnt too rich. I have only once used carob in hot cocoa and it didnt dissolve well or i didnt wisk enough. Anyway, I felt like I "wasted" the rest of my ingredients as i had to dump it.
