Award and 7 random things about us

Good morning friends,

I know many of you are excited that it is almost the weekend, which means a few days closer to Christmas!!!! This year the twins are going to be celebrating the holiday separate!!! OMG… really!?!?!

Yes, Michelle is heading back down to sunny Florida to be with our family and I am heading over to the mountains of the Carolina’s to be with my boyfriend and his family. So we will both try to let you  all know how we both are doing.

And yes we are still doing the candida cleanse  though might just have to treat ourselves to a dessert just for that one night ;

Yesterday we did not eat a lot whole and not on purpose. We just got so busy we forgot to EAT!! Not sure how that could happen but it did? Does that ever happen to you? That you get so involved with something that the time just flies by and you start to realize that you never really ate all day?

We started our day with a grapefruit, boy choy, chia seed smoothie and then ate a late dinner which was an avocado smoothie/pudding. And that was really it! So sorry for no real exciting photos of our eats We also did manage to squeeze in a 3 mile run yesterday. We just needed a  break!!!

Now onto the award.

7 Random Things about the Pure2Raw Twins

1. Lori is the oldest twin by a whole 12 minutes before Michelle! So Michelle is considered the  baby of our family.

2. We played volleyball all through middle, high school and college. It is our favorite sport and hope to one day get back into it. It is such a great sport to get in shape!!!

3. Lori’s favorite color is yellow and Michelle’s is Green.

4. Used to be huge swimmers. Growing up in Florida we were either in the pool or ocean. We lived in our bathing suits more than real clothes Though, now Lori hates water and never really gets in anymore (that is a whole other story)

5. We studied abroad during college in Italy!!!!! Some of the best times of our life!!! That is when we got hooked on VINO!

6. Disney World in Orlando,FL is where we first learned to walk as babies. Parents and grandparents talk about this story all the time!! It was in Epcot in China!

7. We can not think of something else that is random about us besides the fact that we can be a little random
