Hey luvs,
Did you all catch LOST last night?? Lori and I were twittering with some of you about it…hope you all finally got to see it ; )
It sure was a classic LOST! Leaving you more confused and with more questions.
We loved it and were surprised that it was 3 hours long!!!! We did not know that, so that was welcomed, although we did not get any work done last night. But that is okay, LOST was worth it.
What did you all think, if you watch it?? We are not really sure where they are going with it all, but it was nice to see some old characters again ; ) Who the are the new people in the temple?? Who really is Jacob?? And not the black smoke again??? And why doesn’t Richard age?? ahhh oh boy…they have a lot of questions to answer!
We love it all….all the questions…all the suspense….we are excited for next Tuesday!!!
Okay enough of that. Glad to see everyone is excited to make some raw gluten free vegan coconut rice. We love our Artisana coconut butter ; )
Just wanted to update you all on how we have been doing since we announced that we are not going to be eating past 7pm.
Have we been doing it??
Yes, somewhat. Sometimes it is 7:30, but overall yes. It has been hard especially when we are still up and not going to bed till around midnight, but both feel our bodies are feeling better because of it. So we will keep it going.
Although both Lori and I have not really been sleeping well. Not sure why. Plus we both have been having weird dreams….so we are not sure what this is all about.
We are still waking up tired and a little slow to get moving, but once we finally are UP we are ready to go. Our morning green smoothies have been filling us up all morning so we are happy about that ; )
We still have been enjoying all our fermented foods. Nothing new there to share besides we still love them…haha.
But check out a new snack of ours
Raw creamy cashew spread with raw cinnamon raisin flatbread
This is our raw gluten free vegan version of the very popular Sprouted Ezekiel Cinnamon Raisin Bread, which is a great product too. We actually use to eat that years ago before we went raw!
SO YUMMY : )
We hope to add this new raw flatbread to our product line soon!!!
Have a great HUMP day.
Till next time,
Michelle

Yum! A raw take on the Ezekiel Bread, I used to eat a lot of that too, pre-raw.
yum to the creamy cashew stuff… it looks amazing!!
I am thinking of doing a raw food challenge on my blog in a few months (when it starts to warm up) When that happens, would you lovely ladies be interested in doing a guest post for me!?!?1
Take care,
Jess
Oh yes Jess, just let us know!!
I know some people sleep better when they don’t eat before bed, but I sleep worse if I don’t have something digesting in my stomach before I go to bed. I know that’s probably not ideal for digestion, but it seems to be the only way I can sleep. Just a thought…?
And OH MY, your snack looks amazing! As soon as I get some extra $$$, I’ll be making some purchases on your online store. Can’t wait!
Uh, I want that flatbread with the cashew spread! Yum! Someone was just telling me about the new season of Lost. I’ve never seen the show but maybe I’ll have to do a marathon of sorts and check out the dvd’s from the beginning. Anyway, it’s fun when a show you love starts up again. I need to adopt the no eating after 7 too.
Why aren’t you eating after 7 pm? You might not sleeping well because your body is still hungry. I know for me that if I didn’t eat after 7 pm and went to bed around midnight or 1 am (like I do), I’d be too hungry to fall asleep oddly enough. Just a thought…
Also, be careful with rules. SOmetimes our bodies just don’t like them- haha!
Hello Jacquie – We did a post recently about why we were not eating past 7pm. But mostly due to getting upset stomachs and horrible sleep. We are getting better sleep due to not eating late, we think most of our sleeping problems lately are due to stress. But thank you for the tips!! And yes we hate following rules, LOL!
How do you two do it?! Make such amazing, interesting, unique items? Please do tell! And I don’t know if you ever posted about how you opened the bakery but I’d love to read about it!
Lori, we are not sure how we do it either
LOL! We will share our story of our bakery here shortly! Thanks for your support we appreciate.
I just ordered some of your amazing flatbreads!!! CAN’T wait to get them! YUM!
Lost WAS amazing last night! I am so glad that they had the little re-cap episode because I would have been totally clueless. I had forgotten so many of the smaller plot lines.
Serious Michal, totally agree! I forgot a lot and it was soooo nice to see old faces again of characters from the first couple of seasons
I loved LOST last night, too! Even though, it totally throws me off that it’s on Tuesday nights now… all day yesterday I kept thinking it was Wednesday because it was “LOST night.” Ha, they’re confusing me in my real life, too!
Cinnamon Raisin flatbread sounds like the best thing EVER!
Megan, I agree! I am not sure if I am a fan of it being on Tuesday night instead of Wednesday! It was always our mid-week event that we looked forward to that helped us get through the remaining of the week. Now not sure what to do with my Wednesdays! LOL
I *LOVED* Lost. I really think they have taken on and beautifully executed an incredibly ambitious plot line, and I’m so excited to see where this season is going to go. The story is so difficult and intricate, and they did a beautiful job with last night’s episode. I’m pretty thrilled.
AHHHH…. LOSTIES!!! I don’t want to ruin it for anyone, but I have my theories…particularly about Jacob and Sayid. I was also up way too late last night watching the premiere, but wow, wow, wow, I LOVED it!
Your snack looks DELICIOUS. Maybe watching LOST is what’s giving you strange dreams?
at some point, I would LOVE the starting or jumping off place for this: raw cinnamon raisin flatbread. OMG that would rock!
eating past 7p? We dont start dinner til 9p most nites. Hubs works til 7p, then we power walk, shower, and i fix the din. But that’s our routine, i would love it if it were earlier, but sigh, it’s not.
I watched Lost for the first 2 seasons but then totally fell out of it! I need to start back up again because it sounds like it is even crazier than before!
I love the look of that flat bread and cashew dip. Just last night I was raving about cashews, they are the perfect nut!
I don’t watch “Lost” anymore, but I did see the first two seasons. I’ve been cutting back on my shows.
Who’s Jacob? That’s my son. Ha ha.
Anyway, your raisin bread looks good. I’m been actually eating the Ezekiel version. It’s easy for me at the moment.
That should be “I’ve.” Oops.
Hi gals, your crackerbreads look so good- I’d love to be able to buy them but I live in Ireland- would you mind awfully sharing the recipe? I understand if you don’t wanna, but if I made them I’d sure tell everyone who asked what they were to check out your great blog- I love what you do. Your cake in today’s post looks fantastic, I must try it for Valentine’s:)
Hey Eimear Rose, thanks for your support of our blog!! And yes we are not ready to share our recipes just yet, but we working on somethings for our international friends ; ) Also hope to have a cookbook soon too!!
