Hello friends,
Happy Saturday to you all! I hope you all are having a glorious weekend so far
Our farmers market this morning was a good one though it was freezing and windy! But we managed to pull through! Going along with our typical farmers market in Carrboro we got some great news to share! We got into another local farmers market here in Durham. We are totally excited about this because Durham is one of the largest farmer markets in the nation!!!!!! Though we are a little nervous :/
Yesterday we did manage to get some Tracy Anderson workout action done and got to enjoy this post workout pudding!
Hemp seeds, black sesame seeds, yacon syrup, chorella and splash of water! Michelle and I are just loving our puddings lately! There are such fun for us
A little bit later we enjoyed a glorious green smoothie
Green kale, granny smith apples, water, stevia, lemon, fresh ginger, coconut oil, maca and sunflower lecithin
We had an early dinner yesterday because from our intense morning workout sure got our metabolism going all day long! Love that!
Fermented veggies, topped with turmeric, black sesame seeds and fresh garlic! (yes we love raw garlic. When eating garlic it just feels so powerful and it feels like it is just killing all the ‘bad’ stuff inside of me) I know weird but I just love it!
And a side of lightly dehydrated kale chips topped with a random roasted butternut squash! Perfect!
Than for dessert last night we gladly devoured our favorite pudding though this time with a twist!
A creamy and thick key lime avocado chia pudding with some mesquite in there! It was absolutely heavenly and very filling I must say which I love. In love with mesquite!!! Best ingredient to change some dishes up I must say. Go ahead and buy some and see what you think
Seriously making this pudding again in the future. We just threw mesquite in to see how it would taste and it was amazing!!!!
And sipped on some homemade kombucha tea afterwards as our night cap
Our morning today started at 5am and some lemon water. Before heading out the door for the market Michelle whipped up a simple coconut kefir basil mint smoothie. YUM YUM! Wiped the cup clean!
Getting back from the market we made a carrot cake wrap! To die for I must say!
I know Katie would be so proud! Ever since Katie make all these delicious carrot cake eats like her Carrot Cake Pancake roll ups and carrot cake pancakes! Michelle and I have been craving to create something carrot cake of our own
And this is what we came up with!!
Raw – Gluten Free – Vegan Carrot Cake Wraps!
SOOOO GOOOOOOOOD! Craving more of it but there is no more we ate it all
But that is ok because wait until you see what we are creating for our dessert tomorrow night!!!!! Hint: what got some inspiration for this lovely lady!
Plus more fun videos on the way!
Till next time

Ohmigosh ohmigosh ohmigosh!!! I am so excited that you made raw carrot cake roll ups! Have you girls ever thought about writing a cookbook (like maybe a cookbook of the things you make for the bakery)? I would buy it in an instant!
Thanks Katie! Yes we are working on a cookbook ; )
That is such exciting news about the farmer’s market! I know you girls will provide such delicious treats to even more people now
Hope you have a great weekend!
Thanks Stephanie, hope you have a great weekend too!
Raw carrot cake wraps? I wish I were as talented in the kitchen as you two! Sounds fantastic! Your eats are always so exotic and creative…I second what Katie says about the cookbook!
Thanks for the carrot cake roll up! I just posted today and backlinked Chryta’s banana cigars, which look super easy. Actually you all commented on that post of mine already
Anyway, yes, roll it up baby!
Great news on the next Market, too!
Yes Averie, we saw that on your post about the banana cigars. I guess great minds think a like ; ) We had the idea awhile go when we made the wrappers…carrot cake just seemed to fit ; )

Yum! Looks delicious. You’ve inspired me to experiment with sweet wraps.
Loving my puddings, too, as well as the mesquite. Not everybody likes it, which is why I made it optional in my Butternut Pudding recipe.
Looks like you two are entering Katie’s contest. I’ve been thinking about doing a raw entry, as well, but I’m not sure I’m in the mood for it at the moment.
You are so lucky to have a year-round farmers market. I have to wait until April for ours to open.
I just love your blog!!!! Keep up the great work!
Those wraps look yummy. I’d love to munch on the outsides plain! Also – never thought about adding raw garlic to the top of a salad. I always throw it in veg juice whenever I have a cold. But why do I have to wait to have a cold to enjoy that lovely cleansing feeling? Definitely garlic got POWer!!!
Can’t wait to see your ladies’ arms after those workouts. You are gonna be able to punch through a wall!
Yay for farmer’s markets and yummy treats. Been wanting to try mesquite…will have to take your suggestion. Just made chia pudding tonight too!
Just wanted you lovely ladies to know that you are the inspiration for today’s jar blog. Thanks
