Ending with a bang!

by Lori and Michelle on September 1, 2010

Hello luvs,

Thanks for everyone’s comments about eating gluten free and how it is being used as a trend. Looks like many of us feel better when we do not it have gluten, although we do if for feeling better than losing weight. We enjoyed reading everyone’s thoughts on this topic.

Yesterday Lori and I had our warm water followed by our new pre-workout truffle.

I haven’t ever had a colonic but I am becoming increasingly interested in getting one as I go through my raw journey. That brownie looks orgasmic.
