Twins Question: Do you like Spirulina? Have you had it before? What is your favorite way to enjoy spirulina?

It is one of our favorite seaweeds, we even love to put it on salads :) Weird yes, but so good!

We have been busy in the kitchen making some yummy treats to fulfill orders…going to be a long night :)

Till next time,

That DOES seem like a great yoga class! I’ve been so grateful for the time I’ve been able to practice lately. I usually only get to it once or twice a week, but it’s such a gift and I feel absolutely amazing afterward. Wish we could practice together! Some day…

I’ve tried spirulina mixed into smoothies, usually with fruit so it’s not too bitter. I really like it!

I enjoy spirulina with coconut sap, palm sugar, coconut vinegar and tahini. I mix it all up in a dressing and pour over some fresh and crisp kale!

Michaela – trying adding a little lemon juice to your smoothies when using spirulina, it should help cut down the taste. I also think spirulina is something over time you can grow use to the taste, well at least that happen to me. :)

Love the post-yoga pics! Having a good sweat session always feels AMAZING!
I like to have spirulina in a smoothie with frozen banana, spinach, carob powder, almond milk and chia. I think you need a sweeter flavour to complement the, er, unique taste of the powder :)

i’ve never done hot yoga, i would def need a towel or i’d be slipping all over the place! not a fan of spirulina blech haha but i’d drink a green smoothie any day of the week without it in there!

I love green smoothies and I love spirulina- but I think it upsets my tummy a bit…
LOVE how green and nourishing your smoothies look! Sweaty yoga is awesome.
