Spice it up

I have never really enjoyed spicy foods. Or should I say, spicy foods do not really get along with me.

Although I do like a good cayenne kick once in awhile.

While Lori was making our breakfast, I yelled kindly told her to put some cayenne in the chia pudding.

Sure got my metabolism going.

Just how bodyrock.tv gets my metabolism going.

Yesterday we did the Harder than Ever workout. The title says it all.  And on Thursday we did Hot warrior workout.

Thanks to everyone on the sweet comments on our abs. We were nervous to share, but wanted to show how we are really doing with our workouts. We received requests about what we do exactly for our workouts and eats, so look forward to some post on that coming soon.

oh thats a great idea. Cayenne pepper addition. Do you think tumeric would taste okay with it? And maybe some tahini? hmmm…

Lindsay I think it is worth a shot, we love turmeric, we add it into our smoothies. Great health benefits!

Everytime I see chia seeds I always get the “ch-ch-ch-CHIA” song stuck in my head :)

Harder than ever was exactly what it said on the tin! Pudding looks yum- I am a chilli freak and put hot sauce on everything!
