to our build your own donut party!
Yum Universe is having a party-themed contest for their one year anniversary.
What else is better than build you own donut bar??
We had chocolate donuts – made our baked chocolate mint donuts, this time omitted the mint
We made our savory avocado donuts
And raw donut holes.
Let the decorating begin!
Love a rich chocolate sauce.
Can you believe these donuts are gluten free and vegan?
And this one is unbaked?
We hope you join us at our build you own donut party!
Twins Question: What you coat your donut with? Chocolate or vanilla?
Gluten free never looked so good…we were giggling in delight yesterday…more donut parties to come.
Worth every bite!
Till next time,
p2raw twins

The photos are gorgeous!!! Amazing idea. I’m sure it was quite the hit! The chocolate drip photo is perfection.
Thanks Ashley, I was very surprised that photo came out, my in action shots never do.
Oh YUM! I like them naked, but if I had to top them, I would probably go with vanilla. These look amazing!
This is so cool! It is my birthday coming up so I may just have to do this. Thanks for sharing!
this is the cutest thing i have ever seen! I need to get going on those donut recipes and give them a try! what a fun party idea!
oh my goodess i have another question…I have a bunch of limes in my fridge that I’d like to use and i searched the site for a recipe using limes but couldnt find one..i thought i had seen one awhile back but I wasnt sure. Do you guys have any?
Jessie we have an key lime avocado pudding recipe that uses lots of limes, http://www.pure2raw.com/2009/09/simple-key-lime-avocado-pudding-made-with-stevia/ Not sure what kind of recipe you are looking for, but if you add a little coconut oil it should get hard like pie or you could even blend with a frozen banana for ice cream. Hope this helps.
These look SO good!!! What a fantastic idea! You’ve really made me start craving donuts this morning
I will have chocolate AND vanilla please. Drool.
Heather – xoxo wish you could have enjoyed them with us
Gorgeous photos! Now, more than ever, I’m wishing that I didn’t leave my donut pans at school in New York!
AWWWWW
What a fun party!!!! I love it!!!! So unique. It is even more amazing because it is gluten-free….most parties with sugar and gluten and dairy-I can’t eat!
I would make a crazy donut. Take a vanilla one and top with cacao nibs, goji berries, coconut, chocolate sauce, everything you have!
A-MA-ZING!!!
Such a cute idea and the photos are gorgeous! You should have this instead of cake at the wedding!!

Phenomenal!!! I love this idea. It would be an amazing party – especially here in Canada where doughnuts seem to be our national dish.

I’ve never decorated a donut, but you make it look like so much fun! And ‘on limits’ for those of us with restrictions…
oh Ela we had sooo much fun!
thank you! that is perfect!
I can’t remember the last time I had a doughnut!!! You girls are making me want to get a doughnut pan and make some…what a great party they threw!!!
What camera do you have??? And any tips haha. My Xsi broke and they couldn’t fix it. Thankfully I had a warrenty and was able to get the T3! Do you do a lightbox or anything when you do your food photos at home? Or use a macro lens?
Laury I have a Nikon D3000, and I do have macro lens for it. I have two lenses, used both for these pics. I know a lot of bloggers have canon, I have no experience with that camera. Let me know if you need any other help
Are you kiddddddddddddding!!!!!!!!!!!! I think I’d fly all the way down there JUST for these! and I don’t even like donuts! ha
What do I have to do to be invited to the next fabulous donut party? And I’ve never been a donut fan until I tried yours! MMMMMMM, I say make mine a pumpkin donut, coat it with chocolate and sprinkle it with pecans. I went to an evening wedding once which started at 7:30pm and they had a dessert & coffee bar and wedding cake instead of a typical reception. Food for thought, huh Lori?
Thanks Joi! Miss you!
Ohmygoodness this is awesome!! Love this idea! It’s better than build your own sundaes! >.<

Thank you Lori!!
