sweat time

okay we have gone through this  cycle before and looks like this is how our life is right now. a little hectic. unpredictable.

we are learning to go with the follow. each day. each week. letting life/work take us wherever.

but as soon as we are able to fit in a workout – we do with full force!!

we added some new things to our sidebar yesterday (which you might notice our t-shirts there!!).  we have a widget for showing our weekly workouts, and of course will continue to share our workouts on regular blog post. but we are hoping this can not only inspire others to move their body, but most importantly keep us on track.

we got a wedding to get ready for ;)

seriously these past two days of working out we have felt wonderful. inside and out.  taking these days off was good for resting our bodies, but has also helped us with focusing on that workout that day.

so that it is.

just wanted to share we are getting back into our workout routine. whatever that may be

It can go either way with me. I love going with the flow but am more disciplined with a plan. With exercise particularly I’m better when it’s scheduled.

After a month and a have of being back in classes I’m only now starting to figure out a workout routine that works for me. And even so, things like days off and other appointments make it really difficult – most of the other students I know don’t deliberately work out ever day, especially in my course of study. So I have to plan workouts between classes :-/ I got some of the physique57 express dvds, and I love them!
Otherwise I’m so bad at going with the flow. I’m now at the point where I can do okay breaking routine, as long as I have an alternative plan. Must learn to let go…

I used to be a mega routine person – now my routine revolves around a crazy little 10 month old boy! Let’s just say I go with the flow these days, and I’m loving it. Good on you guys for getting back into it, a little rest can be just the ticket to re-ground yourself and get that focus back :)

I need structure or I’m a complete mess. I have alarms set on my phone for everything – from when to pull out frozen food to thaw for dinner, to when it’s time for me to go out for my evening walk!
