hey luvs,

how is your Sunday going? did you do anything special for Halloween over the weekend?

pumpkin gluten free pancakes

one thing I could not wait to make this morning when Lori finally got over here, was PANCAKES!

we looked over our recipes and picked our cookie pancake. made a few changes. pumpkin was a must!!

we have been wanting to pumpkin pancakes for a long time, and our desire only grew as the more we saw others making them.

so…

gluten free pancakes

it was wonderful, although a few other changes we want to try.

a work in progress recipe!  plus we have been playing around with our recipe page all week. so you might see it occasionally pop up again, but it is not complete. we just wanted to let you know.  once it is done we will make a big announcement.

promise. and hopefully have these pumpkin pancakes perfected.

one thing we loved about these pancakes is we used yogurt as the syrup! so these were sugar free pancakes with so much flavor and texture. love.

sugar free yogurt pancakesso we have a few things that are WIP

Twins Question: What is one thing that you love about mornings? sunrise? reading the newspaper? coffee? breakfast? What is the one thing you have to do every morning in order to get your day started right?

I think you can safely say something yummy for breakfast with coffee is a something I look forward to every morning.

plan to get my workout groove on here too, something else that helps get me going for the day

till next time,

Michelle

I love relaxing with coffee and lap dogs in the morning while blog reading. :-)

Yey! How festive! Pancakes on Sunday morning are the best!

For me…my morning routine has changed tremendously. I HAVE to have my breakfast. I always enjoyed morning tea and watching The Today Show. Now I am a multi-tasker in the AM with getting Ella changed, fed, and trying to make myself some oatmeal and remembering to prep some wheatgrass haha.

I love morning though!

These look…awesome. Just re-visited the cookie pancakes, too. WOW!!

I have to have…a toothbrush and wash my face. I used to say coffee but some days that doesn’t happen til I’ve been up for hours based on the flow of my day.

Ooh I can’t wait for the pancake recipe! In the morning I love gettting up with ample time to savor my breakfast & coffee (occasionally tea). The more time, the better! Then I can relax a little, read some blogs, and start my day with a clear head.

We have a halloween party tomorrow night. I have to do my 5 Tibetans plus some other moves every morning, and I have to write a page in my journal. Well, I guess I’d still survive if I didn’t do those, but it sure helps if I do…

Mornings…..COFFEE!!!! Well, I love coffee, but I also love the ritual of enjoying a cup of coffee. And it’s even better when shared with someone I can have a great conversation with too….
Hope your weekend was fab!

I just love the quietness of the morning. I’ve always been an early riser because I like to relax for a bit before I start my day…it’s my favorite time, when I can just sit with my breakfast and everything is calm before the rush of the day.
