Happy Monday Friends!!
well the Christmas ugly sweater party that Gary and I hosted went over great! everyone ate, drank, had fun, and repeated many times. in that order too.
the theme of the party was our friends annual ugly Christmas sweater party, though Michelle and I did not have any time to go and find one. so we just wore holiday colored outfits, that works right? haha
Michelle and I did get to make a few yummy gluten-free desserts for the special event. one dessert is a recipe remake while the other one is a new one.
there is just something about making healthy tasty treats for friends and family that I just enjoy so much. plus I just love this time of year to get together with loved ones!
raw vegan triple chocolate creamcake and pumpkin snickerdoodle cookies (everyone enjoyed both!) yay!
do not worry we shall share these recipes on the blog soon.
let the good times roll
food spread was mostly desserts (why not? desserts and wine yes please) with a few chips and salsa plus there was plenty of booze on hand for everyone to enjoy
Michelle in her lovely Santa hat
so grateful for having such amazing friends to share these memories with.
Gary was awesome and getting the place ready for the party as I was busy working. plus he did most of the clean-up - how lucky am I?
caught ya sis! sneaking in a pumpkin snickerdoodle cookie
now that is what I call a successful night with friends.
Twins Question: Are you getting ready for any fun Holiday parties? What is your favorite thing about parties? Do you like hosting parties or just attending them? Do you have a favorite holiday cocktail?
till next time,
xoxo

Looks like you girls had a blast and put on a fun party! I love attending holiday parties, I’ve hosted one or two and they can be stressful if you’re doing it on your own! It’s great you had one another and Gary to share with some of the work and clean up. I’m constantly running around making sure everyone has everything they need and it can be hard to enjoy the company sometimes when hosting. And those desserts- oh my you have some lucky guests there!
thanks Katie! we love holiday parties too. always a fun time.
Looks like so much fun! I’m jealous, I don’t think I’ll be going to any holiday parties this year. Maybe a few chill nights with friends, whatever my final exam studying will allow.
Hosting always makes me nervous!
I like going to parties, but bringing treats

hosting made me a little nervous as well, but once the night went on I lost all those nerves haha!
How fun! You all look so happy and beautiful! So glad the party was a hit.
As you know, I already attended the ugly Christmas sweater party of the year. So much fun! There really is nothing better than getting together with your friends and just laughing your butt off all night.

I’m looking forward to the recipes!
Hosting an Ugly Christmas Sweater party sounds like a fun idea. We’ll be going to a holiday dinner but there is no theme. We’re just getting together. I won’t be hosting any Christmas parties this year although I generally do love hosting.
