refresh with google reader and RSS

happy Monday friends!

as you can tell we took the weekend off from all social media and blogging. spent time with a best friend down in Atlanta (the one whose husband was in that terrible motorcycle accident a few months ago) it was so great to spend quality time with her and be there for her during this difficult time.

for us that is what the holidays are all about. being with loved ones and cherishing those moments of life!

we are back in action this week and going along with celebrating the holidays with great food to share with loves ones we are planning on sharing many recipes this week! how exciting we know!

but first today we wanted to do a little refresh.

it has been no secret that we had some serious RSS and google reader feeds issues. we apologize for keep talking about it but we wanted to keep you all aware of what was going on. we still to this day do not know what caused our hiccup in the system. so we just took a few deep breaths and decided to just recreate a whole new feed for our blog.

so long story short.

if you want to get our blog feeds back in your google reader then we need to subscribe to our new feed.

which you can do by clicking on this

then you can click on  subscribe with googleand that should take you to the screen to say you want to add it to google reader. then our new feeds should be back in your google reader.

also for those who follow our blog through email you are probably are still getting our blog posts via email but if you would like re-sign up for our feeds you may be do so as well.

again we apologize for this hiccup on the RSS issues. we promise we will do our best not to bring it up again as we know many of you are probably sick of us talking about it. it looks like this past month no one really got our blog post so we hope to do a recap of our post so many of you can get caught up with what we have been doing.

moving on

last week we did a mix of interval workouts doing some of our favorite moves. as well as we did two different bodyrock tv workouts one was the 365 rep belly blaster (a great full body workout)  and the other one we did was poker face workout a 20 minute interval workout. we also went for a walk last week and then took the weekend off from working out.

this weeks plan of attack is to do some physique 57, jump roping, and yoga. we plan to just go with the flow of our day to dedicate what workout we plan to do that day. we try to workout in the morning but does not always happen. we like the variety and the unknown sometimes. makes us be a little more creative when it comes to squeezing in a good workout during the holidays.

now speaking of working out we like to keep it in the morning so we do it. so we are off to go workout before our busy Monday begins!
