we have been working hard on our beach bodies, and now it is time to enjoy some sun!! we are currently down in FL with our best friends having a
crazy relaxing girls weekend. it has been forever since all of us girls hung out, so lots of catching up to do!
how often do you get together with your friends? are you still close with friends from high school?
here is a recap of our beach body workouts:
this whole week we have been holding plank for 4 minutes and 30 seconds!! we hold plank for our warm-up. it is killer, but feel so good when done! and we did a second mini workout in the afternoon using our Equalizer!! just a few rounds of pull-ups, dips, lower leg raisers. our second workouts are more focused on a muscle group, we are not trying to get our heart rate up. just a little extra burn.
Monday: ZWOW #4 again.
Tuesday: 12 minute HIIT workout – sexy pain
Wednesday: Tone It Up Beach Babe workout (love this one, second time doing it!)
Thursday: ZWOW 8 again.
Friday: day off – at the beach
Saturday and Sunday: might be another day off, but hope to try to do some Tone It Up beach workouts
