as bloggers we get a lot of request from companies and people about reviewing this. talk about this. do this, etc.
we love trying new things. we love discovering new things. and we love sharing about new things.
but with a lot of things in life. some things get lost. some things get set aside till more time is available.

we are very behind on reviews. we still plan on sharing our thoughts, just waiting for the time.

I’m curious what you guys think of 8/1/1. I watched a couple of durianrider’s youtube videos, but honestly, this diet is not convincing for me at all. It’s too extreme and dogmatic imo.
And ooh! I want that fitness book for the busy people!! :)

I too am curious as to your thoughts on the 80/10/10. It seems to be something that really works for some people, but for some reason I hesitate to try it.

Hi Guys, I think reviews are great because I find it helpful when I am looking at purchasing a book and I find an honest review about it. It matters to me and personally that is also why I am aiming at doing more reviews for my blog. By the way I love your blog; you are doing an awesome job!

I generally just turn down reviews unless it’s something I really like or already use regularly. I don’t like to have to post about things saying I don’t like them—and most things I get offered don’t really interest me that much…so I’d rather just not do it. So, no, I don’t get behind! lol.

I am curious about Brittany’s book, I follow her blog and she seems so creative with her baking.

I am cool with reviews but get annoyed that I see the same ones over and over. Companies don’t always think of that and it’s the same book over and over on different blogs. I guess that’s what they want though, to bombard people with it. I always appreciate bloggers who do thorough reviews. I think if you get a free product like that you should actually read it.

I love doing reviews! I wish I got asked to do more, as I do a good job. I usually enjoy reading others’ reviews as well, as it often turns me on to new products or books.

Hi there! Yes, I love reviews to get another’s point of view. Goodness…always feel behind…should be knocking “stuff” out right now but reading your blog instead :-) . Love quinoa for breakfast…here is a version for you…..1/2 cup quinoa , blend 1/2 cup water or almond milk with a handful of spinach add to quinoa with 4 tbs chia gel, some soaked almonds, protien powder, Maca, cinnamon , vanilla stevia and if you are really needing more top with a spoonful of almond butter and/or coconut butter….breakfast of champions (a few hours after my green smoothie of course :-) ). I’ve been wanting to ask my readers these kinds of questions too! I do enjoy doing some reviews, obviously if it’s something I think I’ll use and enjoy and if I think my readers might be interested, but at the same time I don’t want t o overload my blog with it since I don’t particularly like reading reviews unless it’s something I’m really interested in. Not that I’m getting so many offers that I’m worried about that, haha.

Just discovered all your socca recipes…so cool! Can you use coconut flour instead of garbanzo bean flour? If so, how? Do you ever use it to make a pizza )with sauce and some kind of dairy free raw cheese…still trying to find a mozzarella or good ricotta type…I would like to find a hemp based ricotta). Thanks!!!!

Chris not sure of coconut flour would work, as it is very different from garbanzo bean flour in terms of taste, texture, and the way it “bakes”.

Looking forward to your book reviews. Ive tried 80/10/10 years ago – met Doug Graham. But not the diet for me and I think its only for a select few.
Just clicked over to your review – looks soooo good! Ive been adding quinoa to my salads lately. xo
