Hello friends,
I hope everyone is having a wonderful weekend and Labor Day! Gary and I just got back a little bit ago from our travels to the beach. Luckily we were not touched by the hurricane and had perfect beach weather 
Friday before we hit the road I went ahead and made me some food for the road trip and my stay at the beach.

Packed the car up and picked Gary up from work and we hit the road.

Avocado pudding! Perfect travel dinner for me easy on the tummy and taste amazing!

Gary’s dinner was rice and veggies that I made him (sorry forgot to take a picture)
Other food that I enjoyed over the weekend was green smoothies for breakfast along with these great eats
Lots of socca
I made a kabocha squash kale spread to go with my socca!
Made some sauteed veggies
zucchini, beets, cilantro, coriander seeds mixed with tahini
YUMMMM
Enjoyed some sweet potato fries with a ‘secret’ coating, we will share later.
Out of this world delicious!!!! Plan on making these more often
Went out to dinner each night

And I enjoyed lots of these little guys
Brownie bites, my all time favorite and love! A little piece of heaven each bite 
All in all it was a great mini vacation!
I did manage to play some tennis and go a few walks while down at the beach. It was beautiful weather and I had to get my vitamin-D
