Lori & Michelle, thank you for sharing your Raw Grasshopper pie recipe with I just posted it also on our FB page. I also “liked” your page and tried to tag it – but, for some reason, wouldn’t happen :(

Please comment if you get a moment and get yourself some more exposure… love what you do.

Hi Girls,
I just wanted to comment to say thank you. I’ve been reading your blog for about a year now and I absolutely love it. I adore how open and honest you guys are with your stories and your lifestyles. In January of 2011, I weighed 268 pounds and was insanely unhealthy. I decided to take control of my life and now, over 100 pounds lighter, I feel fantastic. I’ve started my own fitness blog ( and am studying to become a personal trainer. I just wanted to say that you guys have helped me along the way on my journey this past year and a half. I feel very inspired by the two of you (and have even decided to add a 5 minute plank to my list of goals!). Thank you for the blog, your stories, your insights and the inspiration!

Hi! You guys look amazing and shine a bright aura! If I may ask, what is your typical daily diet (meals, snacks, cals) and what macronutrient ratios do u shoot for (carbs/pro/fat % and grams)? There’s so much controversy over whether humans are healthiest at an 80/10/10 ratio or more along the lines of Zone. Any thoughts?

Also, what is your opinion on the 80/10/10 Low-fat raw vegan diet?

I am curious about your Candida Diet – what did you do, what didnt you do, some diet recommendations etc.
I had a holistic assessment and was told to take garlic & acidiphilous (sp?) but I am stuck on the diet part.
Is there a link to your journey?
