Hello friends,
Not the most prettiest day here in the NC :/ But that is ok because it is supposed to be a glorious day this Saturday which is great news for our farmers market
Michelle and I wanted to briefly share with you all in regards to where we stand on Candida cleanse. As you saw during our marathon we were not following the diet because we needed the sugars from the bananas, dates, and agave nectar for energy
And ever since being back we have been doing better at getting back on track.
It was a nice treat having some ‘sugar’ again though we did notice some breakouts on our face which may have been from the sugars, stress from marathon, or stress from traveling?!?! Still unsure exactly. The few days from being back from the race we did eat a little bit more non raw foods (more than we typically do) so that might have caused the breakouts as well. It took us a few days to get our regular routine of eating back! I guess we kept telling ourselves “Hey, we just ran a marathon we can what ever we want.”
Therefore we are planning on following the Candida ‘meal plan’ that we did a few weeks ago. And the food we listed for helping out with hormones we also incorporate into our diet. Basically again we are being very careful of our sugars and rotating our foods as much as possible!
Our morning started with a delicious purple kale apple blueberry smoothie with all of our typical fixings’.

Lunch was a simple cilantro salad with fermented veggies topped with hemp seeds and apple cider vinegar!

Along side a cup of carob hot chocolate sweetened with stevia and a little coconut butter

Sipped on some homemade kombucha in the afternoon. Than dinner was a creamy, velvety, chocolaty avocado carob chia seed pudding! Another recipe that our gift of health basket customers will be receiving

This has become one of our all time favorite chia seed puddings
This one is going to be a keeper!!!!
We stayed up extremely late doing work so we got the munchies
therefore trying to be good girls we ate some more raw sauerkraut! But we have been bad in the department of eating late at night again (mainly due to our schedule) that we have been noticing that both of us have not been sleeping. Starting today we are REALLY going to try not to eat past 7pm! To see if that helps us sleep any better.
What are your thoughts on eating late at night and sleeping? Does it affect your sleeping or not? Do you see a difference in how you sleep and feel the next day compared to when you stopped eating the night before??
Workout:
Did about 45 minutes of a mix of ExerciseTV shows. Since we won the amazing giveaway from the lovely Stephanie we have been trying out a variety of fitness shows from ExerciseTV. There are just so many to choose from though we definitely like Jillian Michaels short programs
Well time to get to baking un-baking
Till next time

Hey everyone
Are you all excited for New Years??
I personally have no big plans, plus Michelle hates this holiday. She has never really had a great news year and frankly sees no real point to it. Gosh what a party pooper…LOL sis!
Anyways I wanted to give you all recap of how both of us are doing our candida cleanse. Before Christmas our cleanse was going well but than the travels and holiday time kicked in.
For me, I did not get my green smoothies. My breakfast was fresh apples, grapefruit, and berries. Then the rest of the day I would eat some raw onion breads, salads, avocados, chia puddings, and some Vega shakes. And yes I treated myself to some dessert, hey it was Christmas, I had some macaroons that we sweetened with stevia and dates.

Michelle did have her green smoothies, wilted salads, and roasted veggies while she was home for the holidays. She also treated herself to some macaroons and chocolate chip cookies.

So both of us were not 100% perfect though we did out best while being away during the holidays. Yesterday and today we are slowly getting back on track with our usual eating habits. Sure feels good to be back in my routine. : )
What is my plan now?
I still plan on following my candida cleanse food plan for a little bit longer, although Michelle plans not to be as strict. We have realized we have similar issues just not the same!
Overall our meal plan is going to be filled with a mix of green smoothies, wilted salads, kelp noodles, chia pudding, avocados, sauerkraut, and fermented veggies…that is a good mix of food : ) We do plan to keep it simple!
I still want to experiment with having cooked food. I plan on having a cooked grain (quinoa, millet, amaranth) a few times a week. Michelle has noticed having occasionally roasted veggies does not seem to bother as she thought, so when cold weather creeps in we might have a cooked meal.
We will continue to update on how we are doing and share some of what we are eating.
Michelle and I are not really sure where our food habits are going, all we know is we are going to be trying out more fermented foods/drinks. : )
HUMM…Speaking of fermented foods we bought a bunch of coconuts that we need to go open and make some raw yogurt!!
Till next time,

Happy Sunday everyone!
Sorry for not touching base with you all yesterday the day seemed to fly by and we were busy from early morning to late evening. But we wanted to quickly re-cap how our last two days have been.
But first we wanted to thanks again for everyone’s great comments on our love hate relationship post! We really appreciate them
xoxo
Here are some of the eats that we have been enjoying
Green smoothies
Avocado Carob Stevia sweetened pudding
We also enjoyed a really satisfying and mouthwatering wilted kale salad with avocado, lemon, sea salt, turmeric, and topped with spriulina. You just mix everything around in a large bowl with your hands (so you did get a little messy) and than it wilts down into a lovely simple salad.
Really simple to make and absolutely fantastic!!! I highly recommend
Got up yesterday morning early to enjoy homemade coconut base yogurt for breakfast which we added some Stevia and Cinnamon!
Delicious! It the spot for us before we headed out to the farmers market to stand in 25 degree weather for 4 hours! That I must say is not fun
When we got back from the market which we did really well. Our customers were happy to see us! We brought some new items to the market this week like raw biscotti and cupcake you can check them and more out at Twin Cakes Bakery.
Remember when we made our dairy free and nut free milk well we had leftover pulp and finally decided what to do with it. We had a few different ideas but this is what we did last night for dinner.
We made more yogurt. Though this time is was based out of the sunflower sesame seed pulp. We justed added some little coconut butter and a probiotic powder and blended till creamy. Let ferment overnight!
And the result was unique
Not sure how to describe it. As you can tell from our yogurt earlier made with coconut meat is much more creamier than this one
We sweetened the yogurt with stevia
It was a mix between yogurt, cottage cheese, and a pate. We feel you could make it sweet like we did or make it savory!
Though the texture was different, it really hit the spot for us. Most likely will make again in the future. It was nice knowing that we can make our homemade yogurt with out opening all those coconuts! Though we love them too!!!
Our workout on Friday was 60 minutes of yoga from yogadownload (core and hip opening). Perfect for our busy day on Friday. We took Saturday off from working out. We felt our bodies just needed a day to rest.
So overall how are we doing on our Candida cleanse?
Both of us are hanging in there. We both have not seen any major improvement in our skin, energy levels, and stomach issues. Lately, we have to keep reminding ourselves that it is a slow healing process!
We have an extremely busy week ahead of us (though I know many of you are busy with work and school). We both wish that everyone has a great week!
Remember just a few days left on our first giveaway!!
Till next time,

Hey everyone
I do not know about where you live but it is freezing here in NC! We got our fireplace on, still trying to hold off on putting the heat on.
Here is a quick recap of what we enjoyed yesterday, our 3rd day of candida cleanse:
Breakfast – green smoothie – bok choy, raspberries, ginger, chia seeds, lemon zest
Post-workout meal – hemp protein shake with fresh coconut water

Lunch – homemade raw coconut yogurt

Snack – a small cup of homemade Kombucha
Dinner – Avocado cilantro salad with sea salt, garlic, and a drop of apple cider vinegar

Dessert – a cup of warm homemade hemp milk with vanilla and coconut oil
We both very satisfied all day. No complaints…yet ; )
Twins Workout
6 mile run
It was one of our fastest 6 mile run : ) Not bad for running in the cold! Then plan was to run another 11 or 12 miles today, but we ran out of time. We were very busy yesterday and time just flew by, so we decided we needed to get outside for a little bit (the sun was out). And we are still loving our Under Armour Cold Gear outfits!!
We received a comment/question from this amazing lady in regards to us eating fermented foods while on this candida cleanse. This really got our thinking caps on and made us do some reflecting!!
We started to incorporate fermented foods ever since Michelle got back from school at 105 degrees where she learned more about them. And Michelle was immediately hooked, and so was I. Yes there are many health benefits around fermented foods, but we also loved the taste of them, which we were surprised by. Although Kombucha tea I loved immediately as Michelle had to work her way there
Now we actually crave them and for us that means our bodies need them due to lacking the good bacteria in us, which we trying to rebuild! This is important for us especially due to getting regular colonics, which strips both the good and bad bacteria.
So when we began this candida cleanse journey just a few days ago, we never thought twice about eating fermented foods (which we have been enjoying them for the past 2 months). Although now we are re-thinking this because we are realizing maybe we were overdoing them, or then again maybe not! Yes there are a lot of positive health benefits around fermented foods (good bacteria – help digestion) but we are realizing we need to find our balance.
I cannot say how much I would recommend a person eat, all I can say is try them and see how you body likes them. From our research, one needs to slowly add fermented foods into your diet and over time you can increase the consumption. For us we somewhat started slowly, mainly drinking Kombucha tea (everyday) and our homemade yogurt (twice a week), but lately we have added raw saukerkraut (2-3 times a week) and water kefir (was about every other day) into our diet….in addition taking a probiotic supplement.
This made me think maybe we have been over doing fermented foods at the beginning stages of our healing. I came across this and sparked major discussing between Michelle and I.
I quote: “You may experience symptoms of “die off,” as the “bad guys” (candida, pathogenic bacteria and parasites) die and leave your body. These symptoms can include digestive pain like gas and bloating, headaches, flu-like symptoms and skin eruptions.
Please note: Bloating and gas our common when you first introduce the good bacteria and will go away.
Now I am not saying this is the reason why I broke out, I still think it was due to getting off birth control and detoxing into a high raw diet. But this might have caused it to continue longer than I expected. I know my body will get used to the fermented foods! As of now I am going to cut back just a little on my fermented food intake and see how that goes.* Side note we do feel better though after we do eat or drink something fermented? So?
So I am going to do a better job of rotating my fermented foods and just have 1-2 meals a day be a fermented food/beverage. I am still going to take my probiotic twice day, because I do feel my body desperately needs good bacteria due to my issues of stomach and constipation problems. I just need to build it slowly!!
Thank you Earth Mother for bringing this to our attention : ) We have some of the best bloggy friends!!!
Again we hope others are learning from our journey! We are actually not surprised about our somewhat over-consumption of fermented foods, because we have always been that way about things. Whenever we heard about something being healthy or would help make us feel better we were all about it. This too happened when we heard about raw foods and all the health benefits. Lesson Learned!! Start slow on anything and let you body tell you to increase it.
Twins Reasons we eat fermented foods:
- natural source of good bacteria – do not always like to take supplements
- improves digestion – contain lactobacilli and bifidobacteria (which helps constipation, a major health issue of ours)
- helps maintain a proper balance of bacteria in the gut
- increases vitamin content – fermentation increases vitamins and makes ones present more bio-available.
- helps absorbs nutrient being consumed
- rich in enzymes (the bases around raw foods)
- Inexpensive, especially if you do it yourself
And to end our lovely discussion today we came accross ths quote and wanted to share it with you all.
“In the normal scheme of things, we’d never have to think twice about replenishing the bacteria that allow us to digest food. But since we’re living with antibiotic drugs and chlorinated water and antibacterial soap and all these factors in our contemporary lives that I’d group together as a ‘war on bacteria,’ if we fail to replenish [good bacteria], we won’t effectively get nutrients out of the food we’re eating.” – Sandor Katz

Hello friends,
It is almost the weekend
I know everyone is happy about that!
Here is a re-cap of our day 2 of our Candida Cleanse
Breakfast: green smoothie sludge (granny smith apples, flax meal, dino kale, ginger, cinnamon, lemon zest, stevia)
Smoothie turned out be more sludge, thick like so we ate it with a spoon. Actually really enjoy it
I know we can be weird.

*saved half of this smoothie to be part of our pre-workout snack which we added some coconut oil to it for energy
Snack: one glass of homemade kombucha tea
Post-workout snack: rice protein, stevia, maca, and fresh parsley and mint
Dinner: wilted kale salad with avocado and apple cider vinegar

Dessert: warm sesame sunflower seed milk with stevia and cinnamon
Supplements: candex morning and evening, oil of oregano twice a day, L-glutamine twice a day, probiotic twice a day
How are we doing:
Well all of our meals have been delicious. We are actually liking these very simple meals. Our bodies are craving them!!
Although we have been missing a few of our sweet treats but managing to get by
We both know our bodies need this cleanse so we are sticking to it. It is hard especially since we bake all day for our customers orders!
How is our face/skin doing? Well no improvements yet. Had a few more little breakouts randomly over the face. Though I know things sometimes have to get a little worse before they start getting better, Gena reminded me of this
I am trying to stay positive through it all.
Now for some fun stuff! Awards! Now who doesn’t like awards ;

Good morning friends,
How is everyone’s Wednesday going? Good I hope!
Our morning as been going great because we made some of these yummy treats
You may have saw us Tweet these this morning…a new holiday flavor to sell this weekend at the farmers market! And yes we will share the recipe with you all later : ) And yes this is not part of the Candida cleanse, Michelle such a small swipe to ensure taste, and it was hard for her not to keep eating. Anything mint or peppermint is her fav : )
Re-cap of our eats from yesterday
Morning: romaine, grapefruit, chia seeds, and ginger smoothie
Snack: a glass of homemade water kefir

Lunch: homemade raw coconut base yogurt – we sweetened with stevia and cinnamon

Snack: homemade kombucha tea
Pre-dinner snack: sauerkraut topped with spices and Udo’s Oil blend

Dinner: wilted swiss chard salad with black sesame seeds, salt, and lemon juice

Today’s meals were all simple, easy and delicious!
So far day 1 of cleanse is going well. We also took all the ‘extra’ supplements throughout the day.
We decided to end our night with coconut milk. Last night on twitter we mentioned that we were going to make some. Now we made ours a little different than how Michelle learned at school

picture from when Michelle was at school - using mature coconuts to make fresh coconut milk

*again this picture from Michelle’s class when she learned how to make
After debating on how we will go about making our own coconut milk without cracking open a ton of mature coconuts. Because as Michelle learned in school they are not fun to open!!!! Therefore we decided to try being a little lazy creative
we used plain spring water with coconut butter to our vita-mix and blended till smooth. Overall outcome…. not bad. Needs a little work though we did not add anything else to it like vanilla, salt, or sweetener.

We ended up adding stevia and cinnamon!
Twins Workout:
- 40 minutes of yoga
- push-ups, abs, and leg exercises
How we are feeling/doing:
Overall first day we went well! Though we did not drink a lot of water so tummy did get a little bloated as the night went on. We think it was from our colonics getting things stirred up inside us!
Our energy levels were good we managed to get a good bit of work done. Though I did start to break down again last night while I was washing my face but kept telling myself I am healing and my face will get better!
Well time to get back to work. And don’t forget about our first giveaway!
Till next time,

Good Morning luvs,
Happy Tuesday to you all!
After seeing this delicious recipe of sesame seed milk got me thinking what a great idea. So Michelle and I decided to make some and put our own little twist on it.
We made sunflower sesame seed milk!
We soaked our seeds and drained and rinsed them before placing in blender

We like our nut or seed milks a little thicker than you will see in other recipes. We do about 5 cups of water to about 2 cups of seeds (sometimes a little more water or a little less).
Next put everything in blender and blend till smooth! It is that easy

Than you get a large bowl and strainer and strain out any pulp

And you are left with creamy dairy free, gluten free, nut free, and unsweetened milk!

We add our Stevia to our individual cups when we drink it! But you can always add any sweetener of your choice to your milk while blending if you prefer
Here is what our pulp looked like… not sure yet what we are going to do with it! Deciding what little creation we can do with it!

Here is what we enjoyed last night before heading to bed… not a bad way to end the night
Topped our sunflower sesame seed milk with some cinnamon and sweetend with stevia
This morning we started our day with a simple and delicious grapefruit romaine smoothie

I wanted to share with all of you a quick glimpse of what my plan of attack is for my Candida cleanse (as I like to call it)!
I will be taking those recommended supplements that I mentioned yesterday along with a strict food plan. The biggest thing is watching my sugar because that is what the parasites and bad bacteria are living off of.
Besides only having Stevia as my sweetener I plan to only have grapefruit, lemons, granny smith apples (tart not sweet) and berries if I need a ‘fruit”. These are the ones with the least amount of sugar. I also plan on not having any nuts which I have been doing for the past week ( and so far my face is starting to calm down)
I still do plan on having green smoothies though they are going to be a little different due to not putting much fruit in them. Other food meals I plan on enjoying will be soups, wilted salads, avocado pudding, zucchini pasta, and seed based milks and anything else that I can think of! And a big part of my food is going to be fermented foods
Another thing that I did in my last Candida cleanse ( I did one a while back – before I was blogging) was rotating my foods. I will do my best to do that again.
Things that I still plan on having though sparingly are: raw chocolate (cacao), carob, quinoa, amaranth, millet, root vegetables, nutritional yeast, sea weeds.
Yes, Michelle is doing this candida cleanse with me because we both still feel that is a majority issue for the both of us! She has in the past taken a lot of antibiotics and was on birth control too. Which we learned from our colon therapist that there are studies coming out showing that birth control does kill off the good bacteria inside us, so for all those years being on the pill we have completely depleted our source of friendly bacteria. This explains why lately we always crave foods that are fermented (raw sauerkraut, Kombucha, etc) because there are NATURALLY full of good bacteria. Our body needs good bacteria!!!!
I will post my eats for the day and how both of us are feeling to let you all know how our Candida cleanse is going. And how we both are doing emotional and physically. We still plan to continue our training for our marathon. And I know some of you maybe thinking that we should not be doing such a dramatic diet change before a big race. Well, that is true. But for us and where we are in our raw lifestyle journey it just fits at this moment. (With that being said please remember this might not be the best to do for everyone). We were running out of things to do to help our hormones and this Candida cleanse kinda just seems right! Now we are not eating that much different than we were before we are just reducing our fruit intake more and watching all our snacks and miscellaneous ingredients more carefully! And try to up our fermented foods even more.
And here is a quick re-cap of how our older sister is doing on her trip with all those raw vegan goodies. She is loving everything we made her and best of all her tummy is HAPPY! She will be back home today sometime! And she really wants to get more of her questions answered and start eating a more raw vegan based diet!!! Love that! She is so sick of being sick that she finally realizes that eating a more plant based diet will be able to heal her so she can live a healthy normal life again!
Till next time,

Hello friends,
Keep those lovely comments coming for our first giveaway
Love them all!
For the past few nights both Michelle and I have not been sleeping that well. We are not sure why??? We know one reason might be is that we are freezing. I have not turned on my heat yet…. trying to wait as long as possible before turning it on! I guess from living with my boyfriend an environmentalist is rubbing off on me
As we mentioned before we are doing a Candida base meal plan for at least the next 3 weeks. So yes that means no holiday parties for us
My good friend and nutritionist Gena recommended me to try it and gave me a few additional ‘supplements’ to take while doing it.
- One being probiotic (which I do anyway so I am good there)
- Second take Candex (helps break down the cell walls that the yeast feeds off of)
- Third take Oil of Oregano (has many benefits but for me it’s digestive issues )
In addition I will take L-Glutamine and Pau D’Arco. I am not typically a fan of supplements (I like my body to heal on its own through proper nutrition) though I do realize sometimes supplements can help make a difference in your healing! They are just supplementing me as I get better. ; )
So I have purchased these items and now ready to move forward!
All day yesterday and this morning Michelle and I have only had pumpkin seed milk with stevia and maca stirred in.

Why are we drinking just pumpkin seed milk and nothing else?
Well, pumpkin seeds have been known to help slow down, basically paralyze the worms/parasites that are inside of me! And than by getting a colonic done helps flush all the nasty creatures worms/parasites
Or you could do any form of laxative you like to help flush your system! I did this now because I thought this would be a great way to jump start my candida regimen. Parasites and yeast overgrowth go pretty much hand and hand, both feed off bad bacteria so you lose good bacteria, which can lead to many health problems.
Pumpkin seeds have a history of being a remedy for worms. Intestinal parasites can live in our bodies for years without causing any symptoms but when they do they can cause a variety like nausea, stomach pain, diarrhea, etc. How do parasites get into our bodies? Entry into body through contaminated food or drinks, poor hygienic conditions, etc. Now pumpkin seeds are just one natural remedy to help with these intestinal parasites others remedies are garlic, papaya seeds, and carrot.
*Sorry not the most pleasant dinner discussion, but we talk about a lot of weird things over here ; 0
And today we had another round of colonics – perfecting timing on our end
Though I wish we could have done the pumpkin seed milk for one more day but one day is better than none!

I must say this combination really hit the spot for both of us. Though due to not having a lot of “calories” are energy level has decreased a little bit. We did manage to walk for 30 minutes uphill yesterday at the gym and today we did about 20 minutes of yoga!
After our colonics we did enjoy some homemade kombucha, sauerkraut (store bought because our homemade one is still fermenting) topped with hemp seeds, Udo Oil 3-6-9 blend and turmeric

I know this might not sound to pleasing to some but it actually was delicious! We were both surprised! Yum! Our tummies love all this fermented foods especially after a colonic.
And later on we enjoyed avocado soup

Just made this up tonight by throwing ingredients we had on hand. It was a mixture of avocado, water, lemon, garlic, ginger, cilantro and rosemary. Not bad…. very simple. No real flavor though… need to work on this recipe again. Michelle liked it more than me!
I will end with that. Tomorrow we will share a more outlined plan of attack. I think we have out done our GROSS, unpleasant, unusual topic. Now I know you will be dreaming of parasites tonight, LOL!
Ok time to get in the kitchen and get some raw onion breads and crackers going in the dehydrator ….
Till next time,
The Twins

Happy Monday everyone
Well we had a good night last night…the wine totally helped us relax after a long week! We both got up feeling rested, although cannot believe another week has come and gone.
Today we had another colonic session, and both are feeling good, but still have a journey of healing our bodies. As I have mentioned before we are taking a new probiotic, it is liquid base so gets absorb better than pills or gel caps. It is called Rest Easy from Go Beyond Organics. You can order off the website. We have been taking it for almost a week, and have already noticed some improvemetns, mainly in our sleep. Michelle used to really struggle with getting good sleep, so she is happy she is finally sleeping through the night and getting deep sleep! So if you or anyone you know struggles with sleep, I highly recommend this probiotic. Plus it doesn’t hurt that everyone takes a probiotic plus turmeric…everyone has their own stomach issues.
Although, the brand we were taking before was MegaFoods. And you can get this brand at most local health food stores. We like this brand, it also has a digestive enzyme that we used to take too when we ate cooked foods.
During each others colonic sessions we brought our books to read. Both of us learned a lot from the few chapters we read. I read Brenda Cobb’s book as Michelle read Victoria Boutenko. We cannot wait to share our thoughts on these books. Let’s just say we all need to retrain our minds to understand what is a healthy body, what is a vegetable, what is fruit, why meat is bad, etc. Over the past 2 years we both have really come to appreciate our new raw foods lifestyle, despite the detoxing and all, we are really truly happy with our lifestyle. We just get so excited to eat a big green salad or raw yogurt with raw granola….nothing gets better than that : )
But honestly we sometimes cannot believe we eat the way we do, because just a few years ago we were eating fish (being from Florida you are surrounded by it), whey protein, bars (which we know there are some decent bars on the market, but we still feel anything that sits for a long time on a shelf is not always the best choice…grab an apple). Anyways I will save this for another post.
Today we wanted to share with everyone our preparation and training for our Disney Marathon in January, which is 12 weeks away. Yikes! I guess we better start running : )
The plan was to go for a run today but we both were a little sore from yesterday’s jump training and still recovering from sleeping so much, we are not used to that. Instead today we went for a 40 minute walk outside (we survived the cold with some tips from Whitney and Angela, which we are participating in her project Snow, meaning will do most of workouts outside in the cold) and then we did some calestheics. Jump training and calestheics are great things to add to your workout for cross training. We did jump training way back in high school for volleyball….we feel it is one of the best ways to tone your legs.
Twins Marathon Training
One day a week will be our long runs (probably Tuesday). Plan to run 12 miles tomorrow.
One rest day – Saturday
3 days of running (miles and temp will vary) – Sunday, Thursday, Friday -6-8 miles
2 days cross training (yoga and calisthenics) – Wednesday, Monday
Buying new wardrobe…which we will talk about tomorrow. We have to first decide…it is a tough decision. If any one has their favorites please let us know. We have some things in mind, but would love to hear suggestions.
Recap of our eats:
Breakfast green smoothie: blueberries, parsley, swiss chard, turmeric, hemp oil
Pre-workout snack: Pure2Raw workout bar
Post workout meal: Rice protein shake with coconut oil and acai powder
This was our 1st time having rice protein, I liked it but Michelle did not. She did not like the flavor, said it tasted like dirt. But I loved it….interesting normally we like the same things….hmm.
After colonic meal: Raw yogurt and raw granola

The plan for dinner is steamed broccoli…with a side of raw sauerkraut and a salad. We are going to slowly add “cooked” vegetables back into our diet…one to slow down detox but also because the colder weather! We also will add hot tea into our diets and occasionally hot cocoa (which we love). For the most part, we are still trying to stay away from coffee, it has been at least about 6-8 months!
Well we report back tomorrow with how our bodies did with steamed broccoli.
Till next time
Lori and Michelle
