Good afternoon! I have been reading your blog for a few weeks now after finding it via “Heather Eats Almond Butter”. So sad she isn’t blogging anymore but totally understand her reasons :-) I also ordered some items from the bakery and can’t wait until you guys are back up and running!

I just wanted to take a moment to let you know how much I appreciate you sharing your stories. I have been struggling with hormone, diet, candida issues for about 2 years and have found a lot of great information and advice from your site. I went from thinking “I must be the only one”…”am I just crazy”….”what in the heck is going on with me” to knowing I can and will overcome this and get to a happy, healthy me! Oh and thanks for the push on the plank challenge…I am at 2:30 and my goal is 5 by my vacation in July….I even got my husband on board :-)

Have an amazing time at the wedding and looking forward to reading more!

Hi

I’m from Australia and am keen on making your raw recipes (desserts!) – where you write TABLESPOON in the ingredient section, is this equivalent to the USA’s spoon measurement?

Because here in Australia, 1 TABLESPOON (AUS) = 3 teaspoons (USA)
So if you write 1T, I should use 3t?
Regards
=)
