I’ve just found out about your blog and I’m so glad you’re openly talking about your hormonal acne. I’ve also been fighting against it for years now and it’s always reassuring to hear others’ remedies and stories
Your recipes look excellent but I was wondering, do you avoid all grains in your cooking (rice, otmeal, cereals…)? Have you also seen any improvements by eating a free-dairy and low glycedermic diet? Thanks for those delicious ideas and all the best luck with your wedding!
Im loving your blog i just found it. I too suffer from hormonal breakouts and weight gain drives me nuts will stay away from grains, quinoa is ok though??? I have realised i have an intolerance to eggs and yoghurt plus already intolerant to wheat, gluten and yeast but at least i know what to avoid. Where do you find duck eggs?? Do they taste ok?
Hello, I have a question on food combining and chia seeds. Do you know if it’s okay to combine with almond milk? When would you eat this, for breakfast?
Thanks,
Noemi

Noemi Yes it would be fine to use almond milk with chia seeds.
Loving your chia recipes and whole blog! I bet you’d make some yummy stuff with our Navitas Naturals superfoods!
