Love love love your blog!
And I recently made a big change in my diet in a very similar way to you guys.
I am also suffering from Adult acne and your posts are definitely keeping me positive towards it getting better
I just was wondering if you have posted anything about your breakfasts?
I am running out of ideas and some inspiration would definitely help!
Hi!
I am so thrilled to find your amazing site! I have spent the last year following my heart (and body) as I have explored this new eating journey I am on. I have learned so much from your posts! Also, have had fun changing up my workouts…. so great to glean new ideas from others!
My question is …. can you give me your have recipe for SAUERKRAUT or kimchee? Would love to make my own and include it on my towering greens salad!
Many Thanks and blessings to you and your family this next week!!!
Hola Twins!
I love your site! Your recipes are very easy to follow! Have you made your own corn tortillas? I am Hispanic and since going gluten free make a lot of tortillas! Also, have you heard of green plantain ceviche? YUM!
Very easy and delicious! I made socca yesterday and I think this would be something you guys would really enjoy. I learned to make them by hand but the easiest way is to get a tortilla press. Additionally, I cut a small ziplock bag in half and place the Masa ball in between so it doesn’t stick as much. I would recommend using Bob’s Red Mill GF Masa Harina to make the tortillas (the recipe is on the back!). I have tried Hispanic brands but I really like this one!!! You can add some type of herb or cheese to the Masa (dough). Ideally, you want to get a “comal” to make the tortillas but a cast iron pan is just as good. Let me know if you need any more info. Finally, I would also suggest looking into Arepas.
BEST!
Hi girls! I am a first-timer here, by way of Pinterest. I just checked and I am about to get a couple eggplants in a week or so off of the vine. I am hoping you girls could help me find (or already have) a good recipe for them! Thank you so much, and I love your page!

Ana we have never made corn tortillas, we have made raw corn chips years ago.
