I haven’t tried Socca yet, but am really interested. Have you tried Socca with a garb/fava flour? I happen to have it on hand.

Tiina, glad you found us!! We have tried socca with that mix, but we would assume it would work, as we have made it with garbanzo and buckwheat before.
